July 15, 2024: Mentor Applications open

August 12, 2024: Mentor Applications Due

Late August 2024: Mentor Applicants Notified of Status 

September-December 2024: Mentor Coaching Program (all mentors must be current Maryland TESOL members by the start of the Coaching Program)

October 21, 2024: Mentee Applications Open

November 2, 2024 (Fall Conference): Mentors attend the Mentorship Program Session & network with potential mentees

Late November, 2024: Mentee Applications Due (all mentees must be current Maryland TESOL members at the time of application submission)

Early December 2024: Mentee Applicants Notified of Status; Mentor/Mentee Match-Ups & Initial Meetings

January-June 2025: Mentoring Meet-Ups

Maryland TESOL Annual Membership Meeting & Spring Dinner (May, 2025 - location TBA): Celebrate the successes of our mentors and mentees with the greater Maryland TESOL Community!
